How you can join our company
Ideally you will already have gained some initial practical experience during your degree? Then send us your application! You can join ESG through direct entry or as a trainee. You will be integrated into a team from the outset that will make use of your skills and potential and will provide tailored support and development for the practical aspect that you still lack.
If you have subject-specific knowledge and experience from a degree or course-related activities or final thesis, you can apply directly for a vacancy or send a speculative application.
If you have a science degree (physics, mathematics or similar) and are interested in defence and aviation, you can apply for our “Systems Engineering Trainee Programme”. Here you will pass through various teams and subject areas and can acquire the necessary knowledge to work on an equal footing with our experienced engineers after the trainee period – supported by our systems engineering training.
