2016 - First talks with the launch customer, U.S. Navy's transition to P-8 leads to announcement of P-3 operations sundown at VP-30: Team ESG/MHD build on the foundation of a handshake on a parking lot
2017 - ESG Aerosystems Inc. is founded as legal entity in the state of Florida, USA
2018 - MHD ROCKLAND Services Inc. successfully acquires 5 P-3C from the Royal Australian Air Force at a commercial auction; Retransfer to the USA is approved by U.S. DoS; After the ferry flights demilitarisation and FAA certification started; Germany officially requests air crew training on P-3C on the base of a Foreign Military Sales contract
2019 - U.S. government approves Germany's requests and initiates a commercial contract with ESG Aerosystems Inc as sole source provider
2020 - A 5 year contract worth USD64.5 million is issued to ESG Aerosystems Inc. and sole source aircraft provider MHD ROCKLAND Services Inc.
2021 - Class 01/2021 graduates as the first commercially trained P-3C Co-Pilots in the world.
